By booking a class or studio session with Core Confidence with Sam Baker you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below:

We want you to enjoy your experience with Core Confidence and the following T&Cs are set out to help you do this and safe-guard against any misunderstanding.

At Core Confidence we will provide:

Expert, experienced teaching from fully qualified Pilates teachers.
Limited class sizes to ensure quality over quantity.
A safe and discreet environment for our clients.
The benefit of our courtesy 'make up' class policy.
For hygiene and protection, you will be expected to provide your own mat and equipment.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings made through our site are non refundable so please be committed to your purchase.

Your class or 1:1 session is not confirmed until we have received payment from you.

Direct Debit payments of Mat classes are non transferable so please be sure of your availability. In exceptional circumstances please discuss this with us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Private 1:1 sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your session and rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.

Liability Release

I understand that my teacher is a qualified and insured Yoga and Pilates Mat class instructor
I understand that Core Confidence is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
I will inform my instructor of anything painful / unusual I experience in the class and between classes.
I understand my instructor may offer me professional advice relating to my ability to exercise and she/ he may consider it unprofessional to continue to teach me if I do not wish to follow that advice.
I will keep my teacher updated on any changes in my medical condition.
I understand that all exercise carries a risk and I voluntarily participate in Core Confidence classes with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Core Confidence with Sam Baker for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
If you are struggling with anything in your class, have any problems or concerns, do please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help.
We reserve the right to change the advertised teacher if the teacher is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. No money will be refunded if the class teacher changes.
If there are not enough people booked into the class to run it for the term, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A full refund will be given to to you.

Absence 'make-up' Class Policy

I am sure that you will make every effort to attend your scheduled classes. However if you find yourself unable to attend a class then please contact me directly in order to discuss options
Most Importantly we want you to ENJOY your experience, therefore communication is always key to a happy, healthy, professional relationship!
